Some are already super well known to travelers like the world-renowned La Tomatina or the Running of the Bulls (really the Festival de San Fermín) in Spain, or the awesome Carnaval de Barranquilla in Colombia. Others like the Feria del Caballo Horse Festival in Jerez, Spain, or Colombia’s Feria de Cali, and all offer not just entertainment, but also a deep dive into centuries-old community and social traditions.
